A worship service led by women
Women’s Ministries Emphasis Day is an intentional opportunity for the women of First Springfield to lead out in worship, share the heart and purposes of the ministry, and introduce the committee to the broader church family.
During the June 13 service, our leaders will highlight how Women’s Ministries nurtures discipleship, service, and community, invite women who have not yet been involved to join the ministry, and honor women in our congregation who have done something unusual or outstanding in service to others.
We invite every woman—and the whole church—to celebrate the spiritual gifts God has placed in our women and to recommit to supporting them in mission and care.
